Russell L Drake worked over 37 years for the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, one of the world's largest tire companies, and consults with Corporate Training Solutions International, LLC, a human resources and corporate training outsourcing company. CTSI, LLC specializes in talent acquisition, growth and development.
Russell attended Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications and Kentucky State University, Frankfort, Kentucky where he earned a Masters of Public Affairs with a concentration in Personnel Administration. He also has attended training at the prestigious Center for Creative Leadership, Greensboro, North Carolina. Russell is a published author with three books and a spoken word jazz CD. He is a Distinguished Toastmaster, the highest designation awarded in Toastmasters International - a world leader in communication and leadership development and served on its International Board of Directors.
With more than 40 years of experience in sales management and human resources development, Mr. Drake has developed a unique and well-rounded presentation style. His broad spectrum of experience includes a unique combination of corporate strategy and field operations. He combines this perspective with experience in communication and leadership through his association with Toastmasters International.
